Each cup counts when you play it at the level shown here.
Set #69 is a mild one. If you are new here, it is a friendly way to meet three of the games.
In this pot: hold it in mind, a steady eye. It opens with Odd One Out and finishes with Ink & Word.
What is in the pot

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Odd One Out | Easy | 3 × 3 to 5 × 5 | about 1 min |
| 2 | Flash Grid | Easy | 3 tiles on 3 × 3 | about 2 min |
| 3 | Ink & Word | Easy | ‘blue’ in red | about 1 min |
The three cups
Cup 1: Odd One Out
Odd One Out, Easy: searching a grid calmly for the one thing that differs. Twelve rounds on grids from 3 × 3 to 5 × 5; differences: a turned symbol ×4, a dot more or less ×4, a different shape ×4.
Tip: Sweep in rows when it does not pop out. Rows are easier to keep track of than a wandering search.
Cup 2: Flash Grid
Flash Grid, Easy: holding a scattered pattern for a second. The first pattern has 3 tiles on a 3 × 3 grid and stays lit for 1.11 s.
Tip: Look at the shape, not the tiles one by one. Three tiles often make a corner, a little line or a triangle that is easier to keep than three separate spots.
Cup 3: Ink & Word
Ink & Word, Easy: keeping your eye on the ink while the word pulls the other way. Forty-five seconds with 4 colours; the first card is the word ‘blue’ in red ink.
Tip: A wrong tap costs a full second, so a calm correct tap beats a quick wrong one.
Every cup in set #69 has a fixed seed, so anyone who opens this set gets the same patterns, trails, sums and waits. Your own ticks and results are kept only in this browser.
