Terms of use

Tea Break Brain costs nothing and asks for no sign-up: the games are here for you to enjoy in your own time.

We look after the games and texts with care and fix what we find, but they come as they are: nobody can promise that every game behaves on every device at every moment.

Results exist only inside your own browser. Should they vanish, say because the browser data was cleared, we have no copy to bring them back from.

The games are a pastime. The numbers they show are your own scores for a round on a particular device and are not a test or an assessment of any kind.

Linking to any page here is welcome; lifting the site or its games wholesale to put them up somewhere else is not.

As the site grows and changes, these terms may be updated now and then; whatever stands on this page at the time is what applies.
