The three cups
Cup 1: Light Trail
Light Trail, Hard: keeping an order of shapes and notes. The first trail is 4 steps long on 9 panels; each panel glows for 0.36 s.
Tip: Say the trail quietly to yourself by shape: circle, star, drop. Words travel further than pictures for many people.
Cup 2: Ink & Word
Ink & Word, Hard: keeping your eye on the ink while the word pulls the other way. Forty-five seconds with 6 colours and word buttons; the first card is the word ‘green’ in blue ink.
Tip: A wrong tap costs a full second, so a calm correct tap beats a quick wrong one.
Cup 3: Number Span
Number Span, In order · Hard: carrying a number while it grows. The first number has 5 digits, each shown for 0.52 s.
Tip: The numbers never repeat a digit twice in a row and never run in steps like 4-5-6, so you do not need to guard against those.
