Each cup counts when you play it at the level shown here.
A medium brew: the levels sit in the middle, with enough in each cup to keep you honest.

The three cups
Cup 1: Odd One Out
Odd One Out, Hard: searching a grid calmly for the one thing that differs. Twelve rounds on grids from 5 × 5 to 7 × 7; differences: a dot more or less ×4, a smaller symbol ×4, a turned symbol ×3, a ring with its gap moved ×1.
Tip: Sweep in rows when it does not pop out. Rows are easier to keep track of than a wandering search.
Cup 2: Reaction Time
Reaction Time, Left or right: waiting calmly and moving the instant something changes. The first eight waits fall between 2.06 and 3.4 s.
Tip: Look at the panel, not at your finger. The change is easier to catch straight on.
Cup 3: Quick Sums
Quick Sums, Division: steady mental arithmetic against a gentle clock. Sixty seconds; the first problem is 10 ÷ 5.
Tip: A skipped problem costs less time than a long stare. Press OK and keep the rhythm.
